Job description Job Description Hyosung, USA, a manufacturer of tire cord, poly dip and automotive carpeting has openings in all departments for hourly production employees. Placement and base rate is based on experience, skills and work history, and work key scores. Hours of work are normally 6:00PM - 6:00AM night shift that alternates days of the week on a 3-2-2 schedule for all new hires. There is one department that works 3 shifts (8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM). There are openings on 2nd shift and 3rd shift. Mandatory overtime could be required. Hyosung's attendance policy is a strict "no fault" policy. We look for team members who want to work and grow with our organization. All employees are required to fill out an Hyosung application and will be subject to a background check and pre-employment drug screen and physical after offer. Applicants who present proof of High School diploma or GED, and show proof of work keys scores of 3 or more in Applied Math, Workplace Documents, and Graphic Literacy are encouraged and will have first consideration.
